By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any course, or availing any services offered through the website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Adyayam Educations LLP is an independent online educational platform providing coaching for CA Foundation candidates including live classes, recorded lectures, study material, and academic guidance.
Adyayam Educations LLP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
The content comprised within this website, including any page or subdomain thereof, is furnished for the general information and use of the user only and may be altered, amended, or varied from time to time without prior notice.
This website and/or app is provided exclusively for educational purposes with the intent to assist users in the development and enhancement of skills. No assurance, warranty, or representation is extended or implied regarding the generation of income, financial prosperity, or pecuniary success consequent upon the use hereof.
This Platform is provided exclusively for aspirants preparing for the CA Foundation examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Users must have attained the age of majority, viz., 18 years or above, or shall access and utilize the Platform only under the direct supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
The Adyayam disclaims all liability for any misuse by minors, and parents/guardians shall indemnify the Platform against claims arising from unsupervised access.
Users under 18 years warrant that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms; the Platform reserves the right to verify age via documents and suspend access for non-compliance.
No content is a substitute for official ICAI study materials; users shall comply with ICAI's code of conduct and violations may lead to reporting to regulatory authorities.
Users shall be solely responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their login credentials, account information and access details at all times. Only one account shall be permitted per user and any form of sharing, transfer, resale or unauthorized disclosure of accounts or credentials is strictly prohibited and may entail termination of access, legal action or claims for damages under applicable Indian laws.
Accounts are non-transferable and personal to the registered user; impersonation or use of false identities shall constitute a material breach and attract penalties under applicable Indian Laws.
We reserve the right to monitor account activity, suspend or terminate accounts for violations and disclaim liability for losses arising from user negligence in maintaining confidentiality.
Access to the courses provided on this Platform shall be strictly limited to the validity period as expressly specified and intimated at the time of enrolment or subscription thereof. Such access shall automatically lapse and expire upon culmination of the said validity period or upon completion of the course, whichever is earlier, without requirement of further notice.
No extensions, renewals, or refunds shall be granted post-expiry save at the absolute discretion of Adyayam.
Adyayam reserves the right to deactivate access immediately upon detection of misuse, non-payment or violation of terms, with no liability for data loss thereafter.
Courses may be paid. Fees once paid are final and non-refundable under all circumstances except in the cases of the course not being assigned to you or if you have paid twice for the same course (the duplicate or the second payment is refundable).
Payments are processed via third-party gateways. Credit Card orders will commence on receiving the authorization/confirmation from the Credit Card/respective Payment Gateway companies.
Company disclaims liability for chargebacks, fraud or currency fluctuations; users must retain payment proofs, and disputes shall be resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bengaluru courts.
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to videos, notes, study materials and any other resources, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Adyayam Educations LLP. No reproduction, distribution, sharing, adaptation or commercial exploitation thereof shall be permitted in any manner whatsoever, whether by electronic means, mechanical reproduction or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Adyayam.
The entirety of material hosted, developed, owned or licensed to Adyayam Educations LLP on this website, encompassing all pages, subdomains, databases and digital assets, remains the absolute property of Adyayam. Unauthorized use, scraping, downloading or dissemination shall constitute infringement cognizable under applicable Indian Law.
No explicit assurance, warranty, guarantee or representation is extended or implied by Adyayam regarding success in any examinations, attainment of specific ranks or any other outcomes whatsoever.
Users hereby acknowledge that the information, content and materials on this website may contain inaccuracies, errors or omissions and Adyayam expressly disclaims and excludes all liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, for any such inaccuracies, errors, losses or damages arising therefrom.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
